Typically, you’ll be asked to sign a release form giving us permission to request your records from your previous dental clinic. Our team will handle the coordination to ensure everything is transferred ahead of your appointment. Please note that if your most recent X-rays are over six months old, updated images may be required.

Absolutely—we welcome children and patients of all ages!

As long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee will apply. This helps us offer your appointment time to other patients who may be waiting. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
